You can pay for your registration by credit or debit card – just follow the instructions on the registration page.
The live event will take place at Windsor Walk Lecture Theatre, Fetal Medicine Research Institute, King’s College Hospital, London, United Kingdom.
The event will be live broadcasted to the virtual platform to be viewed by our virtual audience.
You will need an internet connected device (laptop, desktop, tablet) with sound. You will not be able to view the conference using a smart phone and for the optimum experience we commend using a laptop or desktop.
The conference will be broadcast via a dedicated online platform and the link along with your login details will be sent to you in your confirmation email after completing your registration.
The conference content will remain on the virtual platform for 3 months after the live event.
We require all of our in-person delegates to be double vaccinated before attending the Conference. You will be asked to present your NHS COVID Passport upon arrival at the registration desk.
The wearing of masks will still be required when moving around the venue and in high traffic areas, but may be removed during presentations and when eating/drinking.
Currently we have been told that we have capacity for 120 delegates to attend in person but we very much hope and expect this to be increased before November. We will allocate these seats on a first come first served basis. Please make it clear on your booking form if you would accept a virtual space if a face to face space is not available. We will keep track of the order of registrations to ensure that those who book first are offered the seats as the increased numbers become available.
In the event of having to move the meeting to purely virtual you will of course receive a refund of the difference between a face to face and virtual delegate rates; similarly if you are not in the first 1200 to register.
Should the event be cancelled by the organisers, or be unable to take place for any reason outside the control of the organisers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the organisers shall be limited to that refund and the organisers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever caused, incurred or arising.
If you wish to cancel your place, all cancellations must be received in writing by the organisers firstname.lastname@example.org. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that the organisers have received the written cancellation.
- On or before 7 October 2021 – Full refund, minus £10 administration fee
- After 8 October 2021 – We regret that no refund can be made after this time, although name substitutions can be made at any time up to the day prior to the event.
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
